1. Handing/ taking over instructions along with final statements of accounts have been despatched to all the allottees.

2. 130 DUs (out of total 144) have been handed over till 10 Oct 2008.

Club House is Under Completion,swimming pool,tennis courts,shopping complex and project office etc are being taken up shortly.
The Construction is stilt plus four storeyed. All the blockes have been provided with lifts. 100% parking space under stilt has been catered for.
