Configuration of the buildings is proposed to be stilt+9 storeys. The number of dwelling units & their sizes and height of building may vary depending upon the technical requirements.

Eligibility : Army personnel (serving/retired) and widows of army personnel provided they are not allottees/registrants in any AWHO scheme. Eligibility rules of land allotting authority will also apply.

Fixation of Seniority for Allotment. Wait listed registrants of Sector-20 Panchkula, will be given preference over the fresh applicants of Current Spot Scheme for which a separate communication is being sent to them by AWHO. As on date there are 550 applicants on the waiting list. Seniority of fresh applicants of Spot Scheme will be fixed by a random computerised draw. The scheme will get converted into Annual Registration Scheme on first come first serve basis wef 30 Dec 2005 and seniority will be fixed based on the date of demand draft.

While filling up the application form for registration, irrespective of whatever is printed at column 13 of the Application Form, all applicants are requested to fill up seven options in the order of priority for the type of dwelling unit. These options can be typed on a separate sheet of paper and may be attached duly signed with the application form. However, if a registrant does not want to apply for all options then he may leave those options blank.
