Progress of work is approx 30%.

Cost of DUs stand revised due to richer
specifications adopted and rise in
the cost of construction materials
and labour. Apart from these, Service
Tax of 4%, Education Cess of 3% on
Service Tax and Labour Cess of 1%
have added to the overall Cost of
the DUs. Some DUs are still available
for allotment even as a second DU.

Kms away from city on Bajpur Road ( Kaladungi
Road ).
It is situated at the altitude of 5500 ft,
approx 1000 ft lower compared to Nainital
town.
The construction will be in ground plus

in which case applicants will have to remit
Rs. 100/- for subsequent despatch of AWHO
Master Brochure. |

| ELIGIBILITY |
|
|
Army personnel (serving/retired),
widows of Army personnel and parents of
unmarried Fatal Battle Casualties (Eligible
only if applying within two years of demise
of son/daughter) are eligible to apply.
Army personnel (serving/retired and their
widows) who have already been allotted or
registrants of DU through AWHO in any other
station are also eligible to apply.
NOTE:
Limited number of covered/open parking spaces
are planned for which allottees will be
charged extra.
