HANDING/ TAKING OVER NOIDA SECTOR- 82

In this project 1010 Dwelling Units are to be handed over. Since it is not possible to hand over all DUs simultaneously the same will be handed over in a phased manner.

Nine blocks are being handed over wef 15 Mar 2008. Allottees of these blocks have already been intimated. They are advised to fix up a date with the Project Director for taking over.

Last date of payment for the balance amount as given in the Statement of Account for the allottees of above nine blocks has been extended to 30 Jun 2008 instead of 30 Apr 2008.
