Acquisition of 30
acres of land at sector 114 Mohali
has been tied up with the Ansals
Properties Infrastructure Ltd (APL).
Process of acquisition is on. Planning
of the Project will be undertaken
only after the land has been acquired
and physical possession taken .
On acquisition of
land a combined seniority of waitlisted
registrants will be fixed based
on date of Demand Draft/date of
receipt of application, by a board
of offrs as per AWHO Rules.
Once planing of DUs
for Mohali project is complete (
ie type of DU, No of DU etc in each
category ) fresh options will be
asked from all allottees and allotment
will be made on the basis of their
seniority fixed by the board of
offrs. Planing for the project will
commence once the land is in possession
of AWHO.
