OF DWELLING UNITS IN MOHALI |

There has been a number of queries regarding
the costing of AWHO houses of our forthcoming
project at Mohali vis-à-vis costs
being advertised/offered by some private
builders.
2.
Tentative costing of the project at
Mohali was done based on the quoted
rates of last one/two projects of similar
design / pattern. Since the prices of
Steel, Cement and related building materials
have come down and in case this trend
continues, then the benefit of this
will be passed on to the allottees as
AWHO works on `No Profit No Loss' basis.

personnel (serving/retired), widows
of army personnel and parents of unmarried
Fatal Battle Casualties (if applying
within two years of demise of their
child) who are in receipt of family
pension are eligible to apply. All the
above categories should not be owners/allottees/registrants
in any other AWHO scheme. Owners/Allottees
(even those who have disposed off their
earlier property allotted by AWHO) and
existing registrants of Spot/Annual
Registration schemes are
not eligible to apply.
