1. Eligibility: Army personnel (serving/retired)
and widows of army personnel, provided they are not
allottees/registrants in any AWHO scheme. The applicant,
his/her spouse and dependent children should not hold
any residential property allotted by Lucknow Development
Authority / UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad/ Co-operative
Group Housing Societies / Other Govt Agencies who
were provided Govt land for construction of the residential
property. The rules of eligibility of land allotting
authority will be applicable.
2. Options: THREE OPTIONS may be exercised
for type of dwelling unit in order of Priority in
the application form (Please mention Priority-I, Priority-II
and Priority-III). The registration and application
fee will be paid for one Dwelling unit only. However,
if a registrant does not want to apply for all options,
then he may leave those options blank.
3. No of DUs: The number of dwelling units
and their sizes are tentative and subject to change
depending upon the plan passing authorities and technical
requirements.
4. Fixation of Seniority for Allotment: Wait
listed registrants of Tyagi Vihar Phase-II Lucknow,
will be given preference over the fresh applicants
of Current Spot Scheme for which a separate communication
is being sent to them by AWHO. Seniority of fresh
applicants of Spot Scheme will be fixed by a random
computerized draw. The scheme will get converted into
Annual Registration Scheme on first come first serve
basis wef 28 Apr 2008 and seniority will be fixed
based on the date of demand draft.
5. Probable date of completion is end 2012.
6. To obtain Application form : Send Demand
Draft of Rs 60/- to receive Master Brochure by ordinary
post (Rs 100/- by Registered post) in favour of MD
AWHO payable at New Delhi or collect in person from
any project office or HQ, AWHO on payment of Rs 50/-,
Form can also be downloaded from AWHO website www.awhosena.org
in which case applicants will have to remit Rs 100/-
extra for subsequent despatch of AWHO Master Brochure
by Registered post.
