will be progressed only once the technical hitches are

Near Vyttila junction, Tripunithura Road, approximately
5 Kms from Ernakulam South Railway Station.

Submission of Application & Eligibility:-
Retired/Serving Army Personnel & their widows who
are in receipt of family pension and also Parents of
Fatal Battle Casualties getting family pension (within
02 yrs from the date of demise of their child) are eligible
to apply. Owners/ Allottees/ Registrants (even those
who have disposed off their earlier property allotted
by AWHO) and existing registrants (of Spot/Annual/)
are not eligible to apply. One can apply
for more than one station. In such cases, one should
send Application and Demand Draft separately for each
station. Application to be sent on plain paper duly
filled as per prescribed format along with Demand Draft
of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of "MD AWHO" payable
at New Delhi as commitment money.

Note
:
1. The applicants will be given preference for allotment
as per the seniority list of demand survey which will
be based on the date of demand draft of commitment money.
2.
An amount of Rs 500/- will be deducted from the commitment
money, in case of withdrawal at any stage.
3.The
plot area and the size of dwelling unit and their cost
is tentative and may vary at the time of finalization
of the scheme.
