1. Plans have been submitted
to the local authorities for approval.
2. Provision of Roof
top Helipads. As per Kerala Municipal Building
Rules - 1999 (and National Building Code) provision
of rooftop helipads is mandatory for buildings above
60m height for evacuation in case of severe fire incident.
Thus towers B and C will be provided with rooftop
helipads.
3. Automatic Fire Fighting
System. As per National Building Code buildings
above 45m height are to be provided with automatic
fire fighting system. Thus all towers will be provided
with this safety feature.
4. 264 DUs have been planned
in high rise configuration and Layout Plans have been
finalised..
