Structure |
The
building structure has been designed
keeping in mind the provision of latest
IS codes, specially so for seismic loading.
Accordingly the buildings are RCC structures
having pile foundations. All walls are
non load bearing brick walls. |
| Flooring |
Flooring
in living, dining bedrooms and balconies
will be of vitrified tiles, while kitchen
and toilet floors will be of ceramic
tiles. All corridors, entrance lobby,
staircases and lift lobby on all floors
are being provided with udaipur green
marble flooring with white marble border.

| Internal
Wall finishes |
Walls
of all rooms, corridors, lift lobbies
staircases will be proided with acrylic
distemper over cement plaster. Ceilings
of all rooms will have POP decorative
cornices. Designer ceramic tiles with
motifs and borders have been provided
on walls of kitchen and all toilets.

Fittings
and Fixtures
|
Toilets and kitchens will have branded
CP fittings and sanitary ware, and counters
where applicable will be of granite,
Stainless steel sink has been provided
in the kitchen. |
| Doors |
All doors are flush doors with both
faces of polished teak. Door frames
will be of 'Miranti' wood. |
| Windows |
All windows will be of anodized aluminium.
These have openable side hung double
shutters with fly proofing. Also provision
exists for fixing of air conditioners. |
| Electrifical
System |
Adequate
power and light points with modular
switches have been provided for in all
the rooms and other areas, with adequate
provisions for geysers and air conditioners.
Power back up is being provided for
essential services like street lights,
water supply, lifts and fire fighting
and limited power back up is also being
provided in each DU for lights and fans.

finishes |
The facades of
the buildings are a visual experience
imaginatively created by use of solid
surfaces, recesses, windows, and projecting
balconies exquisitely juxtaposed with
judicious use of colours of green and
white marble grit punctuated with beautiful
glass mosaic tiles on balconies and
parasol parapet on top of buildings.
The buildings have permanent grit finish
and thus require no subsequent maintenance.
