SCHEDULE : |

1. A total of 2822 dwelling units are planned
to be constructed at the present location.
2.
Phase I :-
Consisting of 844 houses (already allotted)
is under construction.
3.
Phase II :- Construction of 912
houses(Already alloted) has commenced in
June 2006
4.
Phase III
:- The construction of the balance 1066
houses is likely to commence in end 2007.
All applicants of the Spot Scheme of June
2005 are likely to be in this phase.

| ELIGIBILITY :

Army
personnel (serving/retired), widows of army
personnel and parents of unmarried Fatal
Battle Casualties (if applying within two
years of demise of their child) who are
in receipt of family pension are eligible
to apply. All the above categories should
not be owners/allottees/registrants in any
other AWHO scheme.
Owners/Allottees
(even those who have disposed off their
earlier property allotted by AWHO) and existing
registrants of Spot/Annual Registration
schemes are
not eligible to apply.
Applicant,his
spouse and dependant children should not be
owning plot/dwelling unit allotted by Greater
NOIDA Authority. |
