Following
additional items have been planned in the
complex:
(a)

(b)
Limited Power Back up.
(c)
Waste Water Management System.
Due to the above and also due to increase in the costs of construction materials in the years 2006 to 2008 and levy of Service Tax of 4% with Education Cess of 3% and Labour Cess of 1% the costs of the DUs have increased.

Owners/Allottees
(even those who have disposed off their
earlier property allotted by AWHO) and existing
registrants of Spot/Annual Registration
schemes are
not eligible to apply.
