FORMATION OF USER'S COMMITTEE,
SECTOR-49, GURGAON

1. It is intimated that a meeting of allottees will be held on 23 Jan 2010 at 1100 hrs in the office of the Project Director, AWHO (Part B), Gurgaon to form a User's Committee for Sispal Vihar, Sector-49, Gurgaon. This is in accordance with AWHO Master Brochure Jul 1987 (as amended from time to time).

2. Prior to the formation and registration for the Welfare Maintenance Society, a User's Committee is formed, by the allottees, by election in the newly constructed AWHO projects with the purpose of finalization of the bye laws of the proposed Welfare Maintenance Society, getting it approved from HQ AWHO (through the concerned Project Director). Only allottees are allowed to vote and form the Users Committee/Welfare Maintenance Society.

3. Users Committee, is also required to take over the common services like lifts, pump houses, water supply and electric supply from the project Director and manage day to day running of the same.

4. After the bye laws are approved by HQ AWHO, it is the responsibility of the User's Committee to form a Welfare Maintenance Society of the complex by calling a General Body Meeting of the allottees in which the Managing Committee of the Society is elected. Thereafter the users committee ceases to exist and society with its approved bye laws is got registered with the Registrar of the Societies under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

5. It is also requested that the members who are volunteers and residing in the complex should give their names to the Project Director (Part B) in advance and be present on 23 Jan 2010 during the above meeting.
