Eligibility:
(a)
Army personnel(serving/retired),widows of army personnel
and parents of unmarried Fatal Battle Casualties(Eligible
only if applying within two years of demise of son/daughter)are
eligible to apply.All the above categories should
not be allottees/registrants in any AWHO scheme.
Owners/
Allottees/ Registrants (even those who have disposed
off their earlier property allotted by AWHO) and
existing registrants of Spot/Annual/Demand Survey
for regular schemes are
not eligible to apply.
Existing registrants of Demand Surveys other than
Demand Survey for SFA/Hostel Type Accommodation
have to withdraw first if they wish to apply.
(b)
The applicant must be a citizen of India.
(c)
The applicant must not own any residential flat
or plot in full or in part on leasehold or freehold
basis in Dehli/New Dehli/Dehli cantonment either
in his/her own name or in the name of his /her wife/husband
or in the name of his/her minor or dependent children.
if however, individual share of the applicant in
the jointly owned plot or land under the residential
house/flat is less then 66.9 Sq Mtrs (80 Sq. Yds.)
he/she can apply under this scheme.
(d)
A person who has already been allitted a plot or
house/flat constructed by the DDA or any other land
owning departmant, even if it is lees then 66.9
Sq.Mtrs.(80 Sq.Yds.),shall not be eligible to apply
for another flat under this scheme.
(e)
Detailed eligibility conditions are given in the
AWHO Master Brochure as amended upto May 2007.

Waitlisted registrants of any other regular schemes of
AWHO may send their request on plain paper giving
following details to transfer their registrations
to Dwarka, Sector 22 & 23, New Delhi)scheme
under Rule 29 of Master Brochure July 87 (As Amended
upto 01 May 2007):-
(a)
Nationality.
(b) PAN Number.
(c) Two choices of Dwelling Unit as per advertisement.
(d) Details of residential property in own/spouse/joint/minor
or dependent children names in Delhi/New Delhi/Delhi Cantt.

NOTES:
Dwarka
Project is being constructed in two sectors i.e.
Sector 22 and 23.Combined seniority list will be
made for both these Sectors and specific dwelling
units in the Sectors will be allotted by a draw
of lots after the project is completed.
Cost
of parking will be extra.

Service Tax as applicable will be charged extra.
(d)

Registered post by Sending Rs 100/- DD/IPO in favour of MD, AWHO payable
at Delhi/New Delhi. You may send Rs. 60/-by DD / IPO to obtain Master
broucher by Ordinary post.or collect in person from any Project Office or
HQ AWHO on payment of Rs.50/- Form can also be downloaded from AWho
Website www.awhosena.org in which case applicants will have to
remit Rs.60/- by Ordinary post and Rs 100/- by Registered
post extra for subsequent despatch of AWHO Master Brochure.
