DEMAND SURVEY TO ASCERTAIN THE VIABILITY
OF
SMALL FAMILY APARTMENTS/ HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION PROJECTS
AT
SHIMLA, KASAULI, RANIKHET, DEHRADUN, HARIDWAR AND
WELLINGTON/ CONOOR (TN)

Retired/Serving Army Personnel & their widows who
are in receipt of family pension and also Parents of Fatal
Battle Casualties getting family pension (within 02 yrs
from the date of demise of their child) are eligible to
apply. Owners/ Allottees/ Registrants (even those who
have disposed off their earlier property allotted by AWHO)
and existing registrants (of Spot/Annual/Demand Survey
for regular schemes) are eligible to apply even for second
DU. One can apply for more than one station. In such cases,
one should send Application and Demand Draft separately
for each station. Application to be sent on plain paper
duly filled as per prescribed format along with Demand
Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of "MD AWHO"
payable at New Delhi as commitment money.

No land has been acquired as yet, however all out efforts
are being made. |

Note
:
1. If the project does not take off within three years,
the commitment money will be refunded without any deduction
and no interest will be paid.
2.
In case of premature withdrawal by an applicant ie before
the announcement of scheme/or before a period of 3 years
the commitment money will be returned after deduction
of 2% handling charges and no interest will be paid.
