:- The scheme is open only for serving JCOs and
Other Ranks (OR) provided they are not in possession
of any other DU from the AWHO or are not allottees/registrants
in any other AWHO schemes. |

NOTE
:-
1. All the perspectives plan and
layout shown on the website are provisional and
for information only. They are liable to be changed
while being approved by local authorites.

If oversubscribed during the period of spot scheme,
the seniority will be fixed by a random computerized
draw. Scheme will get converted into Annual Registration
Scheme on first come first serve basis with effect
from 01 Mar 2009 and seniority will be
fixed on the date of demand draft.
3. Cost given above is inclusive of cost of land.
Cost/size/area given above are tentative and may
change due to technical/architectural reasons/norms
and escalation.
4.
JCOs/OR who wish to apply in this scheme should
apply on the application Form available in the
AWHO Master Brochure which can be obtained by
sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 60/- in favour of
MD AWHO Payable at New Delhi or
collect in person from any project Office or HQ
AWHO on cash payment of Rs. 50/-Form can also
be downloaded from wabsite www.awhosena.org
in which case applicants will have
to remit Rs. 60/- extra for AWHO Master Brochure
which will be despatched by post.
5. Resale will be permitted only after three years
from the date of offer of possession of the dwelling
unit Resale will be allowed only to serving JCOs/OR
and no other category.
