(a) Fixation of Seniority of Allotment : If oversubscribed
during the period of Spot Scheme, the seniority will be fixed
by a random computerized draw. To be considered for the Spot
Scheme, it is mandatory that the completed application form
alongwith full registration amount in form of DD favouring
MD AWHO payable at New Delhi must reach HQ AWHO by 12 May
2008. Applications received after 12 May 2008, will form part
of Annual Registration. Delay on any account whether postal
or otherwise, will not be accepted. The scheme will get converted
into Annual Registration Scheme on first come first serve
basis with effect from 13 May 2008 and seniority will be fixed
based on the date of demand draft.
