large number of queries are received regarding the last payment
due before taking over possession of the Dwelling Units. The
following is clarified for the benefit of the allottees:-
(a)
Final payment is calculated after the draw for Dwelling Units
(Floor and Parking space) is held.
(b)
The Final Statement of Account (FSA) is based on the following:-
(i)
Balance 5% of cost of Dwelling Unit.
(ii)
Preferential floor charges (Lower floors viz Ground Floor,
First Floor, Second Floor have an additional charge).
(iii)
Cost of Parking space: Varies from Rs 75,000/- to 2.5 lakhs
(Depending upon project type and size of parking space).
(iv)
Society charges.
(v)
Service charges.
(vi)
Escalation: 3 to 5% per annum of cost of Dwelling Unit. These
are tentative prices. The exact escalation can only be worked
out the final stage of the project and not earlier. A large
number of allottees insist on this input before it can be
worked out by AWHO.
(vii)
1% discount on payments received by due date.
