CAUTION
FRAUDULENT/PROXY/MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS

It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous personnel are misusing the
reserved widow quota by applying in proxy in the widow’s name.
Subsequently the rights of the Dwelling Units are acquired through illegal
arrangements. Similarly personnel are also resorting to multiple
registrations again by distorting their own personal data and by proxy in t=
he
name of their subordinates /friends. Such suspicious cases are being
investigated and the source of funds is being ascertained. Action is being
taken against the perpetrators accordingly.

All personnel are cautioned against resorting to any such fraudulent
registrations and will be liable for severe disciplinary action and money so
paid to AWHO will be forfeited.
