What is the procedure
for disposal of property acquired from AWHO ?

|
Both parties (seller
/ transferer and purchaser / transferee) should send
separate applications addressed to Managing Director,
AWHO on plain paper intimating AWHO that he/she wants
to sell/purchase flat/plot/shop etc (as the case may
be) No __________ at ______________ to/from ______________
for which necessary NOC/sanction be accorded.
Subsequent course of action is intimated by AWHO to
seller after processing of application.
The NOC/sanction for transfer of property is given in
single name only.
Hence application for sale/transfer of property should
be fwd in single name
( for purchaser ) only.

These Documents to be filled only after geting provisional
sanction from AWHO.
