Jai Jawan Awas Yojna was conceived by Gen JJ Singh, PVSM,AVSM,VSM, ADC,Former Chief of the Army Staff with the aim of providing low cost housing to serving JCOs and OR of the Indian Army. Jaipur was selected for the Pilot Project. Seeing the overwhelming response, second JJAY has already been started in Jaipur. JJAY Scheme at Pune is already under construction, more JJAY schemes are being planned at Belgaum, Bathinda and Allahabad. Registration willl be opened once schemes are finalised.
