* When you are allotted a Dwelling Unit by AWHO, you
will have to become member of the Welfare Maintenance
Society registered under Societies Registration Act
XXI of 1860 of that particular project.

The society will maintain services such as lifts, generators,
water pumping sets, paths, parks, roads, gardens, arboriculture,
storm water drains, sewers, street lights, sanitation,
etc.

DISPOSAL
OF PROPERTY
|
|
* Prior permission of AWHO in writing is mandatory
for Sale/Transfer of Dwelling Unit as per para 80 to
83 of Master Brochure of AWHO.
*
The allottee may be permitted to transfer his Dwelling
Unit to the same eligible category any time.
*
The allottee may be permitted to sell his Dwelling Unit
after three years from the date of offer of possession
or one year from the date of retirement, whichever is
earlier.
*
A Transfer Fee of Rs 10,000/- each from the transferor
and the transferee will be charged on Transfer
/ Sale of Dwelling Unit.

DISPUTES
|
|

All suits and legal proceedings of any kind against
the organisation shall be instituted in the appropriate
court in Delhi notwithstanding the location of the property,
which may be subject matter of dispute.
|
|
DRAWS
|
|
*
A
computerised draw, by a board of officers, having members
from
AG's Br and in the presence of allottees/visitors, allots
a Specific DU /
Car Parking to an allottee.
Subsequent to this allotment, the change in DU will
not be entertained, however the allottee may apply for
mutual exchange.

CHANGE
OF ADDRESS
|
|

All registrants are requested to intimate the change
in the correspondence / permanent home address to AWHO
at the earliest by post / e-mail / fax.
|
|
CHANGE
OF REGISTRATION
|
|
*
On the demise of the registrant, NOK should approach
AWHO for the change of registration of dwelling unit/allotment
in his/her name with required legal documents.

CHANGE
OF STATION AND TYPE OF DWELLING UNIT

Change of station and type of Dwelling Unit before booking
letter is issued to the registrants will be permitted
throughout the year. After first change applied and
accepted by the AWHO, the second change for the same
applicant will be allowed only after six months of first
change. However, after issue of booking letter no such
change will be permitted.
*
Irrespective of the above, upgradation of dwelling unit
in the same project and in the same station will be
permitted throughout the year. No charges will be levied
for such cases. The date of seniority for change will
be the date of receipt of application in AWHO and only
one change is permitted either before or after issue
of the booking letter. Once the change has become effective,
the registrant/allottee will have no lien (including
seniority) on the earlier dwelling unit. Any differential
of amount because of upgradation will be paid to AWHO
within 90 days of the change. No upgradation/change
is permitted under any circumstance once the dwelling
unit has been taken over by the allottee. In case of
withdrawal after change over, the penalties for upgraded
dwelling unit as per rules will be charged. The upgradation
will be allowed only in the following three cases. However
in the case of Para (a) below, ie after issue of booking
letter, there should be an applicant on the waiting
list for that particular category to accept the allotment
of the dwelling unit which will become vacant due to
the upgradation:-

(a)
From confimed category in lower DU to confirmed allotment
in any Higher DU.
(b)
From wait listed category in lower DU to confirmed allotment
in Higher DU.
(c)
From wait listed category in lower DU to wait listed
category in Higher DU.

If a registrant dies, his widow, if a nominee, will
be allotted a house in any station of her choice subject
to availability and within the quota reserved for widows
in that station.
