DEMAND SURVEY FOR REGULAR HOUSING SCHEME

Amritsar, Bathinda, Coimbatore, Haldwani, Jabalpur, Jalandhar, Jammu, Kolhapur, Kochi (Silver Sand Island), Kannur, Kozhikode, Mysore, and Pathankot.

Present Status – Land yet to be acquired except Bathinda (JJAY), Coimbatore, Jabalpur and Kochi.

FOR ALL DEMAND SURVEYS –

Apply on the prescribed format along with Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of ‘MD, AWHO’ payable at New Delhi. Format can be collected from HQ AWHO or downloaded from our website.

Application Send Rs. 100/- by Postal Order or DD to obtain Master Brochure by registered post or send Rs. 60/- PO/DD to get Master Brochure by ordinary post. These can also be collected locally from Project Manager’s office or from HQ AWHO New Delhi on cash payment of Rs. 50/-. Form can also be downloaded from our website www.awhosena.org in which case applicants will have to remit Rs. 60/- extra by demand draft/ postal order while sending their application against which the Master Brochure will be despatched to them.

Eligibility Retired/ Serving Army Personnel & their widows and also Parents of Fatal Battle Casualties (within 02 yrs from the date of demise of their child) are eligible to apply. Owners/ Allottees (even those who have disposed off their earlier property allotted by AWHO) and existing registrants of Spot/Annual schemes are not eligible to apply. However, one can apply for SFA/Hostel type accommodation under Demand Survey even as second DU. Please refer to chapter II of Master Brochure for details.

Note:

(i) JCOs/OR & their widows can apply only for SFA, MDA & DXA Units.

(ii) Existing waitlisted registrants of Spot/ Annual Schemes and registrants of demand surveys (not owners/allottees of any project) may apply for regular schemes under demand survey even for more than one scheme. However, separate applications/demand drafts are required to be forwarded.

Payments All payments to be made by Demand Draft or Postal Order only in favour of MD, AWHO payable at New Delhi.

Registration For registration, application form duly completed be sent to AWHO along with registration and application fee. The amount to be paid for various units is as under:-
